Abstract

This collected volume is a Festschrift for Hildegard Macha’s 60th birthday. It contains vibrant portraits of exceptional women written by colleagues from the field of pedagogy. The short biographies of the volume’s authors display a corresponding interest between the selection of women portrayed and the actual field of each author. What do these life stories of very different successful women tell us?
